Yoga offers a simple mean of relief from stress through physical and mental detoxing techniques – guiding way to achieve good health, harmony, inner peace and spiritual development.
The classes we offer are based on Hatha (physical) yoga the ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various postures (asanas) and breathing techniques. Providing tools for everyday stress, these interdisciplinary classes will aid students to clear the mind, improve concentration, enhance their overall well being, and experience inner peace.

Vinyasa Per Tutti (vinyasa all levels)
Vinyasa is defined as combining breath with movement. Each vinysasa class provides a perfect blend of different yoga styles to create an inspiring and well balanced Yoga experience. Appropriate for all levels.
Vinyasa Per Tutti Crescendo (Sundays 10:15am)
This is a 75 (10:15-11:30am) min All Level Vinyasa class with a steady flow and a pronounced musical part and ending with a 5-7 min savasana/relaxation. After savasana studets are welcome to leave or continue for an additional 30 minutes (11:30am-12:00pm)of with the more challenging postures and in-depth work on breath. Is is recommended that you have some yoga experience before staying for the crescendo portion of class.
Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy is a special time for women. This class is designed to help you connect with your changing body while preparing you for labor and birth. Prenatal Yoga incorporates safe postures, meditation and breath-work in a flowing sequence and focuses on simultaneously strengthening and relaxing your body and mind.
Who can take this class?
Prenatal Yoga is appropriate for any stage in pregnancy. Set in a peaceful environment, it will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, support the spine and relieve backache, aid in digestion and ease overall discomfort. It serves as a safe forum for sharing your journey with other mothers-to-be.
Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method based on the principles of lengthening, strengthening and toning your body. It is a powerful, yet graceful exercise system that uses your body's powerhouse, or abdominals, to enhance your entire physical form while connecting your mind, breath and body together. Performed correctly, the exercises will help your body become longer and leaner, and you will feel a renewed energy of the mind, body and spirit.Pilates Fusion
This class is a unique blend of traditional mat pilates, ballet toning excercises, and core shaping movements. This high energy class will introduce new concepts not normally practiced in regular pilates class.
